Translation packs are a feature that can be applied to surveys and pages within our platform. These packs enable you to offer content in multiple languages, making your projects more accessible to a diverse audience.
Extra language support
For languages with specific requirements, we offer font packs to support those needs. Currently, these extra supports include:
Arabic: Supports RTL reading direction and RTL UI interaction.
Assyrian (Suret): Supports RTL reading direction and RTL UI interaction.
Dinka: Supports RTL reading direction and RTL UI interaction.
Vietnamese: Supports Vietnamese special characters.
How to apply translation packs
To apply a translation pack to your survey or page, follow these steps:
Select the relevant Content tool to which you want to apply the language pack.
In the Edit tab, under Language pack font, select the desired translation pack from the dropdown menu.
Once you’re finished, click Save at the top of the screen.
Note: The language pack is not a translation tool. When you have added translated text (in a language other than English), the language pack ensures we can adjust formatting and use the right font to display all characters and letters.
