N.B: Important note for all for Engage Victoria reporting dashboards:

IP data was not being collected prior to the first of March 2023. Therefore, when the start of the date range is set prior to the first of March 2023, the following widgets won't display any data:

  • Count card - unique participants

  • Rate card - informed rate

  • Rate card - participation rate

  • Visitor activity graph - unique participant metric

  • Summary tables - unique participant metric

Additionally, the IP Hash field in the submission export of any participation tool will not show any values.

District Engage provides three main reporting dashboards that behave in a similar way:

Main dashboardThis is your home page in the administration hub, and displays analytics depending on your permissions. For example, for platform admins this dashboard will display sitewide analytics, while for project managers the dashboard displays analytics on their assigned projects only.
Team dashboardA team report provides an overall summary of an individual team (e.g. unique visitors, page views, etc).
Project dashboardA project report provides an overall summary of an individual project (e.g. unique visitors, page views, etc).

Within individual projects, users can also access participation tool reporting. A participation tool report allows you to inspect and analyse individual participation tool data.
