NB: Important note for all for Engage Victoria reporting dashboards:
IP data was not being collected prior to the first of March 2023. Therefore, when the start of the date range is set prior to the first of March 2023, the following widgets won't display any data:
Count card - unique participants
Rate card - informed rate
Rate card - participation rate
Visitor activity graph - unique participant metric
Summary tables - unique participant metric
Additionally, the IP Hash field in the submission export of any participation tool will not show any values.
Add, edit or remove dashboard widgets
District Engage allows you to get important insights about your consultations quickly and easily, right from your dashboard. Personalise your data visualisations and choose what is important to you through adding and editing widgets.
The three main District Engage reporting functions display analytics through widgets, which can be added and customised to suit your preferences and requirements.

To add a new widget to your dashboard
Navigate to your Dashboard (main dashboard, team dashboard, project dashboard).
Next to the date ranges, click Settings.
To add a widget, click on the widget name. This will display the widget options. Click here for more information about widgets.
Set your options for the widget, then click Add widget. To cancel, click Close settings. Note: you do not need to save your project to save these changes.

To edit an existing widget on your dashboard
Navigate to your Dashboard (main dashboard, team dashboard, project dashboard).
Scroll down to the widget you want to update.
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the widget box, and select Edit.
Update the Title, Size, Theme, or Group, then click Save widget. To cancel, click the close icon in the upper right corner. Note: you don’t need to save your project to save these changes.

To remove an existing widget on your dashboard
Navigate to your Dashboard (main dashboard, team dashboard, project dashboard).
Scroll down to the widget you want to delete.
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the widget box, and select Remove. Note: clicking Remove automatically deletes the widget.

Drag and drop dashboard widgets
The way in which widgets are being displayed on your dashboard can be customised by dragging and dropping the widgets around.
To reorder your widgets:
Navigate to your Dashboard (main dashboard, team dashboard, project dashboard).
Hover over a widget until your cursor changes to the drag and drop icon, and then click and hold to drag and drop the widget where you want it to be. Note: you don’t need to save your project to save these changes.
