***N.B: Important note for all for Engage Victoria reporting dashboards:***

*IP data was not being collected prior to the first of March 2023. Therefore, when the start of the date range is set prior to the first of March 2023, the following widgets won't display any data:*

- *Count card - unique participants*
- *Rate card - informed rate*
- *Rate card - participation rate*
- *Visitor activity graph - unique participant metric*
- *Summary tables - unique participant metric*

*Additionally, the IP Hash field in the submission export of any participation tool will not show any values.*

Export the entire dashboard
---------------------------

To export the data displayed on your dashboard:

1. Log in via your Civio Engage website.
2. Navigate to the dashboard you would like to export. For more information on how to find your dashboard, [click here](/articles/9493712891791-Reporting-dashboards).
3. Once you have landed on the dashboard, click on the **Export** button in the upper right-hand corner.
4. A pop-up window with two download options will be displayed. Click either **Download PNG image** or **Download PDF document**. A download of the image or document will automatically start.

Export an individual graph/chart
--------------------------------

To export an image (PNG or SVG) of an individual graph or chart on your dashboard:

1. Navigate to your **Dashboard** (main dashboard, team dashboard, project dashboard).
2. Scroll down to the graph or chart you want to export into an image.
3. Click on the **download icon** on the upper right hand side of the graph or chart.
4. Select either one of the dropdown options: Download SVG, Download PNG, Download CSV. A download will automatically start.

Export Participation tool reports
---------------------------------

To export a report from participation tools such as Surveys, Polls, and Map surveys:

1. Log in via your Civio Engage website.
2. Navigate to the participation tool dashboard you would like to export.
3. Once you have landed on the dashboard, click on the **Export** button in the upper right-hand corner.
4. A pop-up window with two download options will be displayed. Click either **Download PNG image** or **Download PDF document**.
