N.B: Important note for all for Engage Victoria reporting dashboards:
IP data was not being collected prior to the first of March 2023. Therefore, when the start of the date range is set prior to the first of March 2023, the following widgets won't display any data:
Count card - unique participants
Rate card - informed rate
Rate card - participation rate
Visitor activity graph - unique participant metric
Summary tables - unique participant metric
Additionally, the IP Hash field in the submission export of any participation tool will not show any values.
Reporting on project activity and engagement
In addition to your main dashboard, there is also a reporting dashboard per project. It behaves the same way as your main dashboard but limits the view to the individual project you are looking at. Customise reporting widgets and set the date range from the project dashboard in the same way you would for your main dashboard.

This section details the functionality of project dashboard, and how to customise this dashboard. Within projects, you can also access the individual participation tool dashboards that provide analytics on individual participation tool level. For more information on participation tool reporting.
