Rate card - participation rate
Visitor activity graph - unique participant metric

Additionally, the IP Hash field in the submission export of any participation tool will not show any values.
Update reporting date range
You can choose a preset date range for your dashboard data, or set a custom range.
To update the date range:
Navigate to your Dashboard (main dashboard, team dashboard, project dashboard).
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a series of date ranges: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and Custom. Dates shown will be 7 days by default.
To set a custom date range, click Custom. A calendar will appear. Choose your start and end dates, then click Apply.

Change reporting context
District Engage allows you to personalise your dashboard and choose the way you want your data to be displayed. You can change the context of the information so you can see either Platform, Projects, or Teams analytics.
| Platform | This collates information and displays data on all projects and teams you have access to |
| Projects | This collates information and displays data on specific projects |
| Teams | This collates information and displays data on specific teams |
To change the context of your dashboard:
Navigate to your Dashboard (main dashboard, team dashboard, project dashboard).
Next to the date ranges at the top of the dashboard, click Settings. This will open the Refine report context options.
Your dashboard displays Platform information by default. This shows data across all the projects you have access to. You can refine the display by choosing either Projects or Teams.
Prior to saving a new reporting context, you need to make sure you clear any earlier selected teams or projects.
When changing the reporting context to Projects, make sure that you clear the selected teams in the Teams tab.
When changing the reporting context to Teams, make sure that you clear the selected projects in the Projects tab.
Previously selected projects or teams will be indicated by a light purple box. To unselect these projects or teams, click on the projects or teams button and find the relevant project/team in the dropdown. Click the name of the project(s)/team(s) you would like to unselect (the purple box should disappear), and click Save and close.
Once you have clear any previous reporting context filters, you can set your new reporting context.
To display information from specific projects, click Projects.
You can then search for project names, and filter according to project status. You can choose multiple projects.
To select all projects in the search results, click All. Note: this does not select all projects you have access to, only the projects visible in the search results.
To display information from specific teams, click Teams.
You can then search for team names.
To select all teams in the search results, click All. Note: this does not select all teams you have access to, only the teams visible in the search results.
To display information from the whole platform, click Platform. Then click Reset to platform. Note: this does not select all teams you have access to, only the teams visible in the search results.
Once you’ve set your new reporting context, click Save and close.
