Change your password

To update your password in District Engage:
Log in via your District Engage website.
In the top right of the screen, click on your username, then select Profile.
Scroll to the update password section.
Enter your current password, and your new password.
Click Save.
Forgotten password

If you have forgotten or misplaced your password and need to reset it, please follow these steps:
Go to your District Engage login screen.
Under the password field, click Forgot your password?
Provide your email address and if you have an account, an email will be sent with a prompt to change your password.
IMPORTANT: The reset link sent in the email lasts 60 minutes for security purposes, please ensure you reset as soon as the email is received - usually within 5 minutes.
Two-factor authentication
Enable or disable two-factor authentication. If you aren’t sure whether you need this, contact your District Engage administrator. When two-factor authentication is enabled, you will be prompted for a secure, random token during authentication. You may retrieve this token from your phone's Google Authenticator application.
